NEPAL INDIA TOUR
Duration: 14 Nights / 15 Days

Day 01: Delhi
Met on arrival at Delhi airport and transfer to hotel. Half day local tour.
Night stay Delhi.
Day 02: Delhi-Jodhpur
Transfer to Delhi airport and fly to Jodhpur. Met on arrival at Jodhpur and
transfer to hotel. Afternoon visit 16th century Mehrangarh Fort complex and
adjoining Royal Cenotaphs - Jaswant Thada.Night stay Jodhpur.
Day 03: Jodhpur-Udaipur
Transfer to Jodhpur airport for flight to Udaipur. Met on arrival at
Udaipur airport and transfer to hotel. Day free to discover 16th century
built city of Lakes. Night stay in Udaipur.
Day 04: Udaipur-Jaipur
Transfer to Udaipur airport for flight to Jaipur. Met on arrival at Jaipur
airport and transfer to hotel and Night stay in Jaipur.
Day 05: Jaipur
Morning excursion to 16th century Amber Fort Palace and elephant ride.
Afternoon, visit to the 18th century City Palace complex. Night stay Jaipur.
Day 06: Jaipur - Agra
Drive from Jaipur to Agra (5hours) via 16th century ghost town of Fatehpur
Sikri. Check into hotel on arrival. Afternoon visit Taj Mahal. Night stay in
Agra.
Day 07: Agra-Varanasi
Transfer to Agra airport for flight to Varanasi. Met on arrival at varanasi
airport and transfer to hotel. Night stay in Varanasi.
Day 08: Varanasi-Kathmandu
Early morning boat ride in Holy Ganges to watch sunrise over.1000 years old
Hindu bathing ghats. Afternoon, transfer to Varanasi airport for flight to
kathmandu. Met on arrival, transfer to Kathmandu hotel and night stay in
Kathmandu.
Day 09: Kathmandu
Morning City tour of Kathmandu - old Kathmandu city has many narrow lanes.
You can visit many ancient temples among which the most remarkable is the
Temple of Kumari or the 'The living Goddess' where a little girl lives in
her temple residence showering blessings to her many followers. Also visit
the Hanuman Dhoka the ancient Royal Palace complex, which comprises of a
series of 14 courtyards of which Nasal chowk is still used for Royal
ceremonies including coronations. The city has picturesque view and you can
buy plenty of aritcles from here flutes, souvenirs and bead necklaces . The
Place is called Kashtamandap, "the like House of Woods".
Later at Sunset..... arrive at Swayambhunath Stupa
perched on a sacred hill top with the painted allseeing eyes of lord Buddha
gazing across the valley in 4 cardinal directions. Wait to watch sunset
here. The view from here simply fasinating with Buddhist Pilgrims lighting
butter lamps amidst prayer chanting amidst a backdrop of mountain peaks.
Night stay Kathmandu.
Day 10: Kathmandu - Pokhara - Kalikasthan
Morning : After breakfast, transfer to the domestic airport for flight to
Pokhara. Arrive and drive to Bagar aroung 30 minutes drive from Pokhara.
After a picnic lunch, commence trek uphill passing through small settlements
of ethnic Gurung tribes and their typical colorful houses. Set up a camp on
the ridge of Kalikasthan. Overnight in the open terrain inside tents.
Day 11: Kalikasthan - Pokhra
Early in the morning you will be woken up by the Sherpa Guides with a cup
of morning tea to admire magnificent sunrise views of Annapurna massif, Mt.
Macchapuchare and of the Annpurna II, Manaslu Himal and Lamjung mountain
peaks from the camp site.
After breakfast : Walk along the ridge eastwards passing through many
colorful Bahun, chettri and Gurung villages. You can know and observe the
simple lifestyle of Nepal's hill peoploe.From Begnaskot, the second ridge
top you will get an impeded view of the great mountain peaks in the north
and the twin lakes of Rupa and Bagnas to the south. Descend slowly along
narrow village trail to the Begnas Lake resort. After lunch, cross the lake
by a boat upto Begnas bazaar. Drive to Pokhara City and check-in to Hotel.
Afternoon : Sightseeing tours of Pokhara city by bicycle. Visit Devi's
falls,phewa,Lake,Mahendra caves, the Tibetan settlement and Ram Bazaar.
Night stay Pokhara.
Day 12: Pokhara / Chitwan

After breakfast : Drive towards Royal Chitwan National Park (4Hrs.) . The
southern plains of Nepal are covered with dense trophical jungle teeming
with fascinating wild life and exotic birds. The one-horned rhinoceros,
royal bengal tiger, crocodile and himalayan black bear are the stars of the
show among the hundreds of species of wild animals tat make their home here,
you can also see over 450 species of colorful birds. an excursion with
naturalist through this zoolgical garden by elephant, canoe or four-wheel
drive vehicle is a jungle safari you will remember for your whole
life.Overnight : At Lodge
Day 13: Chitwan / Kathmandu
Next day morning, you will be woken to by the naturalist for a walk near
the park for viewing some of the colorful birds. After breakfast, enjoy
jungle activities in the park. Afternoon: Transfer to Bharatpur Airport and
fly to Kathmandu. Pick up from the domestic airport and transfer to your
hotel. Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu
Day 14: Kathmandu
After Breakfast : you will proceed towards Bodhnath, the largest stupa in
the world where from a towering golden pinnacle the painted eyes of the all
seeing Buddha gaze across the valley in every direction, then proceed onto
te Pashupatinath Temple situated on the banks of Bagmati temple which is the
most holy temples of the entire Hindu world. The entrance into the temple is
permitted to Hindus only. Visitors can clearly see the temple and the
activities performed in the temple premises from the eastern bank of the
Bagmati river. A sight of cremation being performed on the banks of the
river is very common.
After lunch : commence on the sightseeing tours of Patan- an ancient city
of Kathmandu valley - it isa treasure house of venerable and picturesque
buildings. It is also known as the cradle of arts and architecture of the
valley. Proceed onto Bhadgoan (Bhaktapur) - the home of medieval art and
architecture also known as 'city of devotees'.Bhaktaplur still largely a
city of farmers, is the most original of the valleyt's cities . It's tiled
roofs, carved wooden facades and numerous courtyards retain its medieval
character. Overnight: stay in Hotel.
Day 15:
Early morning transfer to airport for mountain flight to view Mt. Everest
and other Himalayan Peaks. Later board your onward flight.
